Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent to the address provided once your request has been approved.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

All items bought with a discount code or in promotion can’t be returned. Only eligible for an exchange. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty or hygiene items)

  • Underwear and intimate apparel, including bras, bralettes, and similar items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order for it and return the original one once it’s approved.


Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. All approved cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
