Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All local orders are processed within the day of purchased and delivered the next day. During weekends or holidays, orders are delayed or not shipped.
There may also be delays for a few days based on the high volume of orders we receive. Please allow for additional days for good(s) in transit to be delivered. If we are experiencing any significant delay in the shipment of orders, we will contact you by email or telephone.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to any part of the world and international shipping is within 2 days periods after processing your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Any shipping and delivery delays will also be communicated to you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
www.didiwear.com will not be held liable for any additional charges in the form of customs duties and taxes applied to your order. The customer bears all responsibility for fees imposed during or after shipping.
Our items are shipped through different couriers depending on the destination country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a real address that the carriers recognize and can deliver to. Unfortunately, we do not control shipment once packages have been sent from our warehouses. If you encounter any issue with shipping and delivery (shipped to the wrong address, or item damaged at delivery), please contact us. Please keep in mind that with regards to some delivery issues (such as address provided is incorrect or inaccurate or any issue within the shipping company, etc), we will not be held responsible for delays. The shipping carrier bears all responsibility for errors they have made such as delayed items or lost packages. However, we hardly encounter delays because we work with reputable and reliable shipping carriers. If a buyer requests an exchange, all shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
